Product Overview
LT6234 is a single, low noise, rail-to-rail output unity-gain stable op amp. This amplifier combines very low noise and supply current with a 60MHz gain bandwidth product, a slew rate and is optimized for low supply voltage signal conditioning systems. The amplifier family has an output that swings within 50mV of either supply rail to maximize the signal dynamic range in low supply applications. Typical applications are ultrasound amplifiers, low noise, low power signal processing, active filters, driving A/D converters, rail-to-rail buffer amplifiers.

- Supply current per amplifier is 1.2mA at TA=25°C, VS=5V, 0V; VS=3.3V, 0V; VCM=VOUT=half supply
- Input offset voltage is 350µV at TA=25°C, VS=5V, 0V; VS=3.3V, 0V; VCM=VOUT=half supply
- Slew rate is 17V/µs at AV = –1, RL = 1k, VO = –2V to 2V, TA = 25°C, VS = ±5V, VCM = VOUT = 0V
- Minimum supply voltage is 3V at TA = 25°C, VS = 5V, 0V; VS = 3.3V, 0V; VCM = VOUT = half supply
- Input bias current is 3µA at TA = 25°C, VS = 5V, 0V; VS = 3.3V, 0V; VCM = VOUT = half supply
- Common mode rejection ratio is 115dB at VS = 5V, VCM = 1.5V to 4V, TA = 25°C
