Product Overview
LT®6014 is an op-amp combine low noise and high precision input performance with low power consumption and rail-to-rail output swing. The amplifier is stable in a gain of 5 or more and feature greatly improved CMRR and PSRR versus frequency compared to other precision op-amps. Input offset voltage is factory-trimmed to less than 35µV. The low drift and excellent long-term stability ensure a high accuracy over temperature and time. Typical applications include thermocouple amplifiers, precision photo diode amplifiers, instrumentation amplifiers, battery-powered precision systems, low-voltage precision systems, micro-power sensor interface.
- 125µV max input offset voltage
- ±800pA maximum input bias current
- Rail-to-rail output swing
- 145µA supply current per amplifier
- 0.8µV/°C maximum VOS drift
- 2.7V to ±18V supply voltage operation
- 135dB typ CMRR and 135dB typ PSRR
- 2000V/mV typ large-signal voltage gain at RL =10K, VOUT = 1V to 4V
- 8 lead SOIC package
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
