Product Overview
LT1497 is a dual current feedback amplifier. It features low power, high output drive, excellent video characteristics and outstanding distortion performance. From a low 7mA maximum supply current per amplifier, this device drives ±100mA with only 1.9V of headroom. Twisted pairs can be driven differentially with -70dBc distortion upto 1MHz for ±40mA peak signals. The device has thermal and current limit circuits that protect against fault conditions. It is used in applications such as twisted-pair drivers, video amplifiers, cable drivers, test equipment amplifiers, buffers.

- Input offset voltage drift is 10µV/°C typical at (TA = 25°C)
- Input noise voltage density is 3nV/√Hz typical at (TA = 25°C)
- Input capacitance is 3pF typical, slew rate is 900V/µs typical at (VS = ±15V, TA = 25°C)
- Small-signal bandwidth is 50MHz typical at (VS = ±15V, RF = RG = 560 ohm, RL = 100 ohm)
- Settling time is 55ns typical at (VS = ±15V, 10V step, 0.1%, AV = -1)
- Supply current per amplifier is 6mA typical at (VS = ±2.5V to ±5V, TA = 25°C)
