Product Overview
LT1462CS8#PBF is a dual, 260µW C-Load picoampere bias current JFET input op-amp. It offers picoampere input bias currents (1pA typ) and unity gain stability for capacitive loads up to 10nF. The output can swing a 10K load to within 1.5V of either supply, just like op amps that require an order of magnitude more supply current. This unique combination of performance makes the LT1462 ideal over a wide range of input and output impedances. The input common mode range includes the positive rail. Typical applications include battery-powered systems, photocurrent amplifiers, low frequency, micropower active filters, low droop track-and-hold circuits.
- Guaranteed specs with ±5V, ±15V supplies
- 2mV max input offset voltage and 15pA max input offset current at VS = ±15V (VS = ±15V, TA = 25°C)
- 2µVP-P typ input noise voltage at 0.1Hz to 10Hz (VS = ±15V, VCM = 0V, TA = 25°C)
- 76nV/√Hz typ input noise voltage density at fO = 1000Hz (VS = ±15V, VCM = 0V, TA = 25°C)
- 175KHz typ gain bandwidth product at f = 10KHz (VS = ±15V, VCM = 0V, TA = 25°C)
- 0.13V/µs slew rate at RL = 10K (VS = ±15V, VCM = 0V, TA = 25°C)
- Common mode rejection ratio of 89dB typ at VCM = -12.5V to 15V, VS = ±15V, VCM = 0V, TA = 25°C
- Power supply rejection ratio of 90dB at VS = ±2.5V to ±20V, VS = ±15V, VCM = 0V, TA = 25°C
- 8 lead SOIC package
