Product Overview
LT1114 is a quad, low power, precision, picoamp input op-amp that achieves a new standard in combining low cost and outstanding precision specifications. The performance of the selected prime grades matches or exceeds competitive devices. It also provides a full set of matching specifications, facilitating their use in such matching dependent applications as two and three op-amp instrumentation amplifiers. Application includes picoampere/microvolt instrumentation, two and three op-amp instrumentation amplifiers, thermocouple and bridge amplifiers, low frequency active filters, photo current amplifiers, battery-powered systems.
- 45µV typical input offset voltage (TA = 25°C, VS = ±15V)
- 0.4µV/°C typical average input offset voltage drift (TA = 25°C, VS = ±15V)
- Typical input bias current is ±115pA (TA = 25°C, VS = ±15V)
- Typical input voltage range is ±14.2V (TA = 25°C, VS = ±15V)
- 133dB typical common mode rejection ratio (VCM = ±13.5V, TA = 25°C, VS = ±15V)
- 125dB typical power supply rejection ratio ( TA = 25°C, VS = ±15V)
- 4000V/mV typical large-signal voltage gain (VO = ±12V, RL = 10Kohm)
- Typical output voltage swing is ±13.9V (RL = 10Kohm, TA = 25°C, VS = ±15V)
- 0.27V/µs typical slew rate (TA = 25°C, VS = ±15V)
- 16 lead plastic NSOIC package, operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
