Product Overview
LT®1113 achieves a new standard of excellence in noise performance for a dual JFET op-amp. The 4.5nV/√Hz 1kHz noise combined with low current noise and picoampere bias currents makes the LT1113 an ideal choice for amplifying low level signals from high impedance capacitive transducers. Typical applications include photocurrent amplifiers, hydrophone amplifiers, high sensitivity piezoelectric accelerometers, low voltage and current noise instrumentation Amplifier front ends , two and three op amp instrumentation amplifiers and active filters.
- 100% tested low voltage noise: 6nV/√Hz max
- 1.8mV max input offset voltage at VS = ±15V, VCM = 0V, TA = 25°C
- 150pA max input offset current, 480pA max input bias current at VS = ±15V, VCM = 0V, TA = 25°C
- 2.4µVP-P typ input noise voltage at 0.1Hz to 10Hz, VS = ±15V, VCM = 0V, TA = 25°C
- 6nV/√Hz max input noise voltage density at fO = 1000Hz, VS = ±15V, VCM = 0V, TA = 25°C
- 3.9 V/µs typ slew rate, 4.2µs typ settling time at VS = ±15V, VCM = 0V, TA = 25°C
