Product Overview
HMC963LC4 is a self-biased GaAs MMIC low noise amplifier. The P1dB output power of +10 dBm enables the LNA to function as a LO driver for balanced, I/Q or image reject mixers. The HMC963LC4 also features I/Os that are DC blocked and internally matched to 50 Ohms, making it ideal for high capacity microwave radios and VSAT applications. Typical application includes point-to-point radios, point-to-multi-point radios, military & space, test instrumentation.
- Frequency range from 6 to 26.5GHz (TA = +25°C, Vdd1 = Vdd2 = +3.5V)
- Gain is 22dB (typ, TA = +25°C, Vdd1 = Vdd2 = +3.5V)
- Gain variation over temperature is 0.03dB / °C (typ, TA = +25°C, Vdd1 = Vdd2 = +3.5V)
- Noise figure is 2.5dB (typ, TA = +25°C, Vdd1 = Vdd2 = +3.5V)
- Input return loss is 10dB (typ, TA = +25°C, Vdd1 = Vdd2 = +3.5V)
- Output return loss is 10dB (typ, TA = +25°C, Vdd1 = Vdd2 = +3.5V)
- Output power for 1dB compression is 10dBm (typ, TA = +25°C, Vdd1 = Vdd2 = +3.5V)
- Saturated output power (Psat) is 12dBm (typ, TA = +25°C, Vdd1 = Vdd2 = +3.5V)
