Product Overview

HMC907APM5E is a GaAs MMIC pHEMT distributed power amplifier which operates between 0.2GHz and 22GHz. This self-biased power amplifier provides 14dB of gain, +40dBm output IP3 and +28dBm of output power at 1dB gain compression while requiring only 350mA from a +10V supply. Gain flatness is excellent at ±0.7dB from 0.2GHz to 22GHz making the device ideal for EW, ECM, radar and test equipment applications. It is widely used in applications such as test instrumentation, military & space etc.
  • Gain flatness is ±0.7dB typical at (0.2GHz to 10GHz, TA = +25°C)
  • Gain variation over temperature is 0.01dB/°C typ at (0.2GHz to 10GHz, TA = +25°C)
  • Input return loss is 15dB typ at (0.2GHz to 10GHz, TA = +25°C)
  • Output return loss is 14dB typ at (0.2GHz to 10GHz, TA = +25°C)
  • Saturated output power (Psat) is 29dBm typ at (0.2GHz to 10GHz, TA = +25°C)
  • Noise figure is 6dB typ at (0.2GHz to 10GHz, TA = +25°C)
  • Quiescent current is 350mA typ at (0.2GHz to 10GHz, TA = +25°C)
  • Supply voltage is 10V typ at (0.2GHz to 10GHz, TA = +25°C)
  • Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
  • Package style is 32-lead LFCSP-EP
