Product Overview

HMC613LC4B is a successive detection log video amplifier (SDLVA) which operates from 0.1GHz to 20GHz. It provides a logging range of 59dB. This device offers typical fast rise/fall times of 4/18ns and a superior delay time of 14ns. This device log video output slope is typically 14mV/dB. Maximum recovery times are less than 30ns. It is widely used in applications such as EW, ELINT & IFM receivers, DF radar systems, ECM systems, broadband test & measurement, power measurement & control circuits, military & space applications etc.
  • Output frequency flatness is ±1.5dB typical at (pin = -25dBm, TA = +25°C)
  • Log linearity is ±1dB typical at (pin = -50dBm to +3dBm, TA = +25°C)
  • Recovery time is 26ns typical at (TA = +25°C)
  • Single positive supply is +3.3V
  • Input return loss is 8dB typical at (TA = +25°C)
  • Log video output rise time is 4ns typical at (TA = +25°C)
  • Log video output fall time is 18ns typical at (TA = +25°C)
  • Log video propagation delay is 14ns typ at (TA = +25°C)
  • Supply current (Icc1) is 80mA typ at (TA = +25°C )
  • Operating temperature is -40°C to +85°C, package style is 24-lead SMT
