Product Overview
HMC594LC3B is a GaAs pHEMT MMIC low noise amplifier (LNA) that operates from 2 to 4GHz. It features extremely flat performance characteristics including 10dB of small signal gain, 3dB of noise figure and output IP3 of +36dBm across the operating band. This high linearity LNA is ideal for test & measurement equipment and military assemblies due to its compact size, consistent output power and DC blocked RF I/O’s. Applications include fixed microwave, point-to-multi-point radios, test & measurement equipment, radar & sensors, military & space.
- Frequency range from 2 to 4GHz
- Gain is 10dB typical at (TA = +25°C)
- Gain variation over temperature is 0.015dB/°C typical at (TA = +25°C)
- Input return loss is 15dB typical at (TA = +25°C)
- Output return loss is 17dB typical at (TA = +25°C)
- Output power for 1dB compression is 21dBm typical at (TA = +25°C)
- Output third order intercept is 36dBm typical at (TA = +25°C)
- Noise figure is 3dB typical at (TA = +25°C)
- Supply current is 100mA typical at (TA = +25°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40 to +85°C, SMT package
