Product Overview

HMC591LP5E is a high dynamic range GaAs PHEMT MMIC 2W power amplifier. This 50 Ohm matched amplify er does not require any external components and the RF I/Os are DC blocked for robust operation. Typical application includes point-to-point radios, point-to-multi-point radios, test equipment & sensors, military end-use, space.
  • Frequency range from 6 to 8GHz (TA = +25°C, Vdd = +7V, Idd = 1340mA)
  • Gain is 19dB (typ, 6 to 8GHz, TA = +25°C, Vdd = +7V, Idd = 1340mA)
  • Gain variation over temperature is 0.05dB/ °C (typ, 6 to 8GHz, TA = +25°C, Vdd = +7V, Idd = 1340mA)
  • Input return loss is 14dB (typ, 6 to 8GHz, TA = +25°C, Vdd = +7V, Idd = 1340mA)
  • Output return loss is 12dB (typ, 6 to 8GHz, TA = +25°C, Vdd = +7V, Idd = 1340mA)
  • Output power for 1dB compression is 32dBm (typ, 6 to 8GHz, TA = +25°C, Vdd = +7V, Idd = 1340mA)
