Product Overview
ADuM7640 is a 6-channel digital isolator based on the Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology. This 1KV digital isolation device is packaged in a small 20-lead QSOP. It offers space savings and a lower price than 2.5KV or 5KV isolation solutions when only functional isolation is needed. This family, like many Analog Devices isolators, offers very low power consumption, using one-tenth to one-sixth the power of other digital isolators, with the supply voltage on either side ranging from 3.0V to 5.5V. Despite their low power consumption, the device provides low pulse width distortion (

- High common-mode transient immunity of
15KV/μs - 6 inputs VDD1 side, 0 inputs VDD2 side
- 1Mbps maximum data rate
- 20ns maximum propagation delay (5V)
- 75ns maximum pulse width distortion
- Temperature range from -40°C to +105°C
