Product Overview
ADUM1442 is a micropower quad-channel digital isolator based on the Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology. Combining high speed, complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) and monolithic air core transformer technologies, this isolation components provides outstanding performance characteristics superior to the alternatives, such as optocoupler devices. Despite the low power consumption, The model provides low, pulse width distortion at
- Bidirectional communication, up to 2Mbps data rate (NRZ)
- Propagation delay is 180ns max (50% input to 50% output, TA=25°C, VDD1=VDD2=3.3V)
- Supply current is 900µA max (ENX=0V, VIH=VDD, VIL=0V, TA=25°C, VDD1=VDD2=3.3V)
- Pulse-width distortion is 8ns max (tPLH − tPHL, TA=25°C, VDD1=VDD2=3.3V)
- Input supply current is 10µA max (ENX low, TA=25°C, VDD1=VDD2=3.3V)
- Number of inputs VDD1 side is 2, number of inputs VDD2 side is 2
- Maximum data rate is 2Mbps, maximum propagation delay 3.3V is 180ns
- High default output state
- 16-lead QSOP package
- Temperature rating range from -40°C to +125°C
