Product Overview
ADL5380 is a broadband quadrature I-Q demodulator that covers an RF/IF input frequency range from 400MHz to 6GHz. With a NF=10.9dB, IP1dB=11.6dBm, and IIP3=29.7dBm at 900MHz, it demodulator offers outstanding dynamic range suitable for the demanding infrastructure direct-conversion requirements. The differential RF inputs provide a well-behaved broadband input impedance of 50 ohm and are best driven from a 1:1 balun for optimum performance. The fully balanced design minimizes effects from second-order distortion. Application includes cellular W-CDMA/GSM/LTE, microwave point-to-(multi)point radios, broadband wireless and WiMAX.

65dBm at 900MHz, typical input P1dB is 11.6dBm (VS=5V, TA=25°C, fLO=900MHz) - Typical noise figure is 10.9dB (VS=5V, TA=25°C, fLO=900MHz)
- Typical conversion gain is 6.8dB (VS=5V, TA=25°C, fLO=900MHz, fIF=4.5MHz)
- Typ voltage conversion gain is 6.9dB (450 ohm differential load on I and Q outputs at 900MHz)
- Quadrature demodulation accuracy at 900MHz
- SPI port control and status interface, host interrupt on programmable status changes
- Temperature rating range from -40°C to +85°C
- 24-lead LFCSP-WQ package
