Product Overview
ADL5324 is a 400MHz to 4000MHz, ½ Watt RF driver amplifier. It incorporates a dynamically adjustable biasing circuit that allows for the customization of OIP3 and P1dB performance from 3.3V to 5V, without the need for an external bias resistor. This feature gives the designer the ability to tailor driver amplifier performance to the specific needs of the design. This feature also creates the opportunity for dynamic biasing of the driver amplifier where a variable supply is used to allow for full 5V biasing under large signal conditions, and then reduced supply voltage when signal levels are smaller and lower power consumption is desirable. This scalability reduces the need to evaluate and inventory multiple driver amplifiers for different output power requirements, from 25dBm to 29dBm output power levels. It is widely used in applications such as wireless infrastructure, automated test equipment, ISM/AMR applications etc.

- Output third-order intercept is 43.1dBm typical at (frequency is 210MHz, VSUP = 5V)
- Noise figure is 3.8dB typical at (frequency is 210MHz, VSUP = 5V)
- Adjustable power supply bias is 3.3V to 5V
- Low power supply current is 62mA to 133mA
- No bias resistor needed, ESD rating of ±3KV (class 2)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C
- Package style is 3-lead SOT-89
