Product Overview
ADIS16577-3BMLZ is a precision MEMS IMU module. It is a precision, microelectromechanical system (MEMS) inertial measurement unit (IMU) that includes a triaxial gyroscope and a triaxial accelerometer. Each inertial sensor in the system integrates signal conditioning to optimize dynamic performance. The factory calibration characterizes each sensor for sensitivity, bias, and alignment. Therefore, each sensor has dynamic compensation formulas that provide accurate sensor measurements over a broad set of conditions. It provides a simple, cost-effective method for integrating accurate, multiaxis inertial sensing into industrial systems, especially when compared to the complexity and investment associated with discrete designs. Applications include navigation, stabilization, and instrumentation, unmanned and autonomous vehicles, smart agriculture and construction machinery, factory and industrial automation, smart munitions, and autonomous industrial robotics.
- Triaxial delta angle/delta velocity o/ps, factory-calibrated sensitivity, bias and axial alignment
- SPI-compatible data communications, programmable operation and control
- Automatic and manual bias correction controls, data ready indicator for synchronous data acquisition
- External synchronization of data sampling/processing, on-demand self test of inertial sensors
- On-demand self test of flash memory, continuous real-time health monitoring of SRAM and sensors
- Single-supply operation (VDD): 3.0V to 3.6V
- Gyroscope dynamic range is ±2000°/sec at TC=25°C, VDD=3.3V
- FIFO, 512 samples, up to 4kHz sample rate
- 14-lead module with connector interface package
- Temperature range from -40°C to +105°C
