Product Overview
ADG6412 contains four independent quad single-pole/single-throw (SPST) switch. The ADG6412 switches to turn on with logic 1 on the digital control inputs. Each switch conducts equally well in both directions when on, and each switch has an input signal range that extends from VSS to VDD − 2V. When switches are open, signal levels up to the supplies are blocked. The digital inputs are compatible with 5V, 3.3V, and 1.8V logic inputs without the requirement for a separate digital logic supply pin. The on-resistance profile is exceptionally flat over the full-analogue input range, which ensures good linearity and low distortion when switching audio signals. Applications includes automatic test equipment, data acquisition, instrumentation, avionics, audio and video switching, communication systems and relay replacement.

- Typical on resistance is 0.50 ohm (+25°C, (VS) = −18V to +14.5V, (IS) = −100mA)
- Typical source off leakage is ±3.5nA (VS = ±15V, drain voltage (VD) = ±15V, +25°C)
- Minimum input high voltage is 1.3V (+25°C, VDD = +20V ± 10%, VSS = −20V ± 10%)
- Typical on time is 336ns (Load resistance (RL) = 300 ohm, load capacitance (CL) = 35pF, +25°C)
- Typical charge injection is -2.2nC (VS = 0V, RS = 0 ohm, CL = 1nF, +25°C)
- Typical −3dB bandwidth is 184MHz (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF, signal = 0dBm, +25°C)
- 16-lead LFCSP package, temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
