Product Overview
ADA4897-1 is a unity-gain stable, low noise, rail-to-rail output, high speed voltage feedback amplifier. With a 1/f noise of 2.4nV/√Hz at 10Hz and a spurious-free dynamic range of -80dBc at 2MHz, this amplifier is ideal solutions in a variety of including ultrasound, low noise preamplifiers, and drivers of high performance ADCs. The Analog Devices, Inc., proprietary next-generation SiGe bipolar process and innovative architecture enable such high performance amplifiers. It is used in applications such as low noise preamplifier, ultrasound amplifiers, PLL loop filters, high performance ADC drivers, DAC buffers.
- Input current noise is 2.8pA/√Hz typical at (5V operation, f = 100KHz)
- Harmonic distortion (SFDR) is -115dBc typical at (5V operation, fC = 100KHz)
- Quiescent current per amplifier is 3mA typical at (5V operation, TA = 25°C)
- 230MHz typical at -3dB bandwidth, rail-to-rail output, disable feature
- Slew rate is 120V/μs typical at (5V operation, G = +2, VOUT = 6V step)
- Settling time to 0.1% is 45ns typical at (5V operation, G = +2, VOUT = 2V step)
- Wide supply voltage range from 3V to 10V
- Common-mode rejection ratio is 120dB typical at (5V operation, VCM = -2V to +2V)
