Product Overview
ADA4895-1 is a single high speed voltage feedback amplifier that is gain ≥ 10 stable with low input noise, rail-to-rail output, and a quiescent current of 3mA per amplifier. With a 1/f noise of 2nV/√Hz at 10Hz, this is an ideal solution in a variety of applications, including ultrasound, low noise preamplifiers, and drivers of high performance ADCs. The Analog Devices, Inc., proprietary next generation SiGe bipolar process and innovative architecture enables the high performance of this amplifier. The wide supply voltage range of the make these amplifiers ideal candidates for systems that require large dynamic range, high gain, precision, and high speed. Typical applications are low noise preamplifier, ultrasound amplifiers, PLL loop filters, high performance analog-to-digital converter (ADC) drivers, digital-to-analog converter (DAC) buffers.

- Input offset voltage range from −350 to 350µV (±5V (or +10V) supply, TA=25°C, G=+10, RF=249ohm)
- Input offset voltage drift is 0.5µV/°C (±5V (or +10V) supply, TA=25°C, G=+10, RF=249ohm, RL=1Kohm)
- Input bias current range from −16 to −6µA (±5V (or +10V) supply, TA=25°C, G=+10, RF=249ohm)
- Wide supply range from 3V to 10V
- 22ns settling time to 0.1%
- 8-lead SOIC-N package
- Temperature rating range from -40°C to +125°C
