ADA4806-1ARJZ-R2 is a high-speed, voltage feedback, rail-to-rail output, single operational amplifier. Despite being a low-power amplifier, this device provides excellent overall performance, making it ideal for low-power, high-resolution data conversion systems. For data conversion applications where minimizing power dissipation is paramount, this device offers a method to reduce power by dynamically scaling the quiescent power of the ADC driver with the sampling rate of the system by switching the amplifier to a lower power mode between samples. It is used in applications such as portable and battery-powered instruments and systems, high channel density data acquisition systems, precision analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) drivers, voltage reference buffers, portable point of sales terminals, and active RFID readers.
- Wide supply voltage range from 2.7V to 10V
- 120MHz typical -3dB bandwidth at (G = +1, VOUT = 0.02V p-p, VS = ±5V at TA = 25°C)
- Slew rate is 190V/µs typical at (G = +1, VOUT = 2V step, VS = ±5V at TA = 25°C)
- Input voltage noise is 5.2nV/√Hz typical at (f = 100KHz, VS = ±5V at TA = 25°C)
- Input offset voltage drift is 0.2µV/°C typical at (TMIN to TMAX, 4 σ, VS = ±5V at TA = 25°C
- Input offset voltage is 125µV typical at (VS = ±5V at TA = 25°C; RF = 0 ohm for G = +1)
- Quiescent current per amplifier is 570µA typical at (VS = ±5V at TA = 25°C; RF = 0 ohm for G = +1)
- Input offset current is 2.1nA typical at (VS = ±5V at TA = 25°C; RF = 0 ohm for G = +1)
- Settling time to 0.1% is 35ns typical at (G = +1, VOUT = 2V step, VS = ±5V at TA = 25°C
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, 8-lead SOT-23 package
