Product Overview
ADA4665-2 is a rail-to-rail input/output dual amplifier optimized for lower power budget designs. The combination of this features, together with a wide supply voltage range from 5V to 16V, allows the device to be used in a wide variety of other applications, including process control, instrumentation equipment, buffering, and sensor front ends. Furthermore, its rail-to-rail input and output swing adds to its versatility. It is widely used in application such as portable systems, high density power budget systems, medical equipment, physiological measurement, precision references, multipole filters, sensors, transimpedance amplifiers, buffer/level shifting etc.
- Supply current per amplifier is 290μA typ
- Low input bias current is 0.1pA typ
- Wide bandwidth is 1.2MHz typ
- Slew rate is 1V/μs typ
- Offset voltage drift is 3μV/°C typ
- Dual-supply operation is ±2.5V to ±8V
- Unity gain stable
- Voltage noise is 3μV typ at (f = 0.1Hz to 10Hz)
- Operating temperature is -40°C to +125°C
