Product Overview
ADA4627-1 is a wide bandwidth precision amplifier featuring low noise, very low offset, drift, and bias current. This devices operate from ±5V to ±15V dual supply. This amplifier combines the best specifications of precision dc and high speed ac op-amps. The ADA4637-1 is a decompensated version of the ADA4627-1 and is stable at a noise gain of 5 or greater. It is used in applications such as high impedance sensors, photodiode amplifier, precision instrumentation, phase-locked loop filters, high end, professional audio, DAC output amplifier, ATE, medical.

- Very low input bias current is 5pA maximum at (VSY = ±15V, VCM = 0V, TA = 25°C)

- Voltage noise is 6.1nV/√Hz typical at (1KHz, VSY = ±15V, VCM = 0V, TA = 25°C)

- Large signal voltage gain is 120dB typical at (RL = 1Kohm, VO = -10V to +10V)
- Common-mode rejection ratio is 110dB typical at (VSY = ±15V, VCM = 0V, TA = 25°C)
- Supply current per amplifier is 7mA typical at (VSY = ±15V, VCM = 0V, TA = 25°C)
