Product Overview
ADA4622-4 is a single-supply, rail-to-rail output (RRO), precision junction field effect transistors (JFET) input op-amp. The input voltage range includes the negative supply and the output swings rail-to-rail. Input EMI filters increase the signal robustness in the face of closely located switching noise sources. The speed in terms of bandwidth and slew rate, increases along with a strong output drive to improve settling time performance and enables the device to drive the inputs of modern single-ended, successive approximation register (SAR) analogue-to-digital converters (ADCs). It is used in applications such as high output impedance sensor interfaces, photodiode sensor interfaces, transimpedance amplifiers, ADC drivers, precision filters and signal conditioning.

- Input voltage range includes pin V-, rail-to-rail output
- Next generation of the AD820/AD822/AD824
- Wide gain bandwidth product is 8MHz typical at (VSY = ±15V, TA = 25°C)
- High slew rate is 23V/µs typical at (low to high transition, TA = 25°C)
- Low input bias current is ±10pA maximum at (VSY = ±15V, TA = 25°C)
- Low offset voltage is ±0.8mV maximum at (VSY = ±15V, TA = 25°C)
- Low offset voltage drift is ±4 µV/°C maximum at (VSY = ±15V, TA = 25°C)
- Settling time (to 0.1%) is 1.5µs typical at (VSY = ±15V, TA = 25°C)
- Operating temperature is -40°C to +125°C, package style is 16-lead LFCSP
