Product Overview
ADA4522-4 is a quad channel, zero drift op-amp with low noise and power, ground sensing inputs, and rail-to-rail output, optimized for total accuracy over time, temperature, and voltage conditions. The wide operating voltage and temperature ranges, as well as the high open-loop gain and very low dc and ac errors make the devices well suited for amplifying very small input signals and for accurately reproducing larger signals in a wide variety of applications. Its performance is specified at 5V, 30V, and 55V power supply voltages. It uses on-chip filtering to achieve high immunity to electromagnetic interference (EMI). Application includes inductance, capacitance, and resistance (LCR) meter/ megohmmeter front-end amplifiers, load cell and bridge transducers, magnetic force balance scales, high precision shunt current sensing, thermocouple/resistance temperature detector sensors, programmable logic controller (PLC) input and output amplifiers.

- Integrated EMI filters, unity-gain stable
- Typical offset voltage is 0.7µV (VCM = VSY/2, TA = 25°C)
- 2.5nV/°C typical offset voltage drift (VSY = 5V, VCM = VSY/2V, TA = 25°C)
- Input voltage range from 0V to 3.5V (VSY = 5V, VCM = VSY/2V, TA = 25°C)
- 145dB typical common-mode rejection ratio (VCM = 0V to 3.5V)
- 6.5MHz typical -3dB closed-loop bandwidth (VIN = 10mV p-p, RL = 10Kohm, CL = 50pF, AV = 1)
- 4µs typical settling time to 0.1% (VIN = 1V step, RL = 10Kohm, CL = 50pF, AV = 1)
- 0.001% typical total harmonic distortion plus noise (AV = 1, f = 1KHz, VIN = 0.6Vrms)
- 14 lead TSSOP package, operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
