Product Overview
ADA4099-2BRZ is a dual robust, precision, rail-to-rail input/output operational amplifier (op-amp). The ADA4099-2 Over-The-Top input stages have robust input protection features for abusive environments. The inputs can tolerate upto 80V of differential voltage without damage or degradation to DC accuracy. The operating input common-mode range extends from rail to rail and beyond, upto 70V
- Input offset voltage is ±10µV typical at (0.25V
VCM 3.25V) - Input offset voltage drift is ±0.1µV/°C typical at (TA = 25°C)
- Common-mode rejection ratio is 136dB typical at (VCM = -0.1V to +70V, TA = 25°C)
- Input bias current is ±4nA typical at (TA = 25°C)
- Input voltage noise is 150nV p-p typical at (frequency (f) = 0.1Hz to 10Hz, TA = 25°C)
- Slew rate is 4V/μs typical at (ΔVOUT = 2V, TA = 25°C)
- Gain bandwidth product is 8MHz typical at (test frequency (fTEST) = 25KHz, TA = 25°C)
- 1% settling time is 1.15μs typical at (ΔVOUT = ±2V, TA = 25°C)
- Large signal voltage gain is 140dB typical at (ΔVOUT = 4V, TA = 25°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, 8-lead SOIC-N package
