Product Overview
ADA4098-1 is a single channel, robust, precision, rail-to-rail input and output operational amplifier (op-amp). This devices' Over-The-Top™ input stages have robust input protection features for abusive environments. The inputs can tolerate upto 80V of differential voltage without damage or degradation to dc accuracy. The operating common-mode input range extends from rail-to-rail and beyond, up to 70V
- Wide power supply voltage range is +3V to +50V
- Supply current per channel is 165µA typical
- Input offset voltage is ±15µV typical
- Input offset voltage drift is ±0.1µV/°C typical
- Input voltage noise is 400nV p-p typical at (0.1Hz to 10Hz), 1/f noise corner is 6Hz typical
- Slew rate is 0.4V/µs typical, ±3KV HBM and ±1.25KV FICDM
- Low power supply current shutdown is 20µA maximum
- Input offset current is ±350pA typical, large signal voltage gain is 150dB typical
- PSRR is 145dB typical, input overdrive tolerant with no phase reversal
- Operating temperature is -40°C to +125°C, packaging style is 6-lead TSOT
