Product Overview
ADA4051-2ACPZ-R7 is a CMOS, micropower, zero-drift operational amplifier utilizing an innovative chopping technique. This amplifier features rail-to-rail input/output swing and extremely low offset voltage while operating from a 1.8V to 5.5V power supply. In addition, this amplifier offers a high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) and common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) while operating with a typical supply current of 13μA per amplifier. This combination of features makes the device an ideal choice for battery-powered applications where high precision and low power consumption are important. It is used in applications such as pressure and position sensors, temperature measurements, electronic scales, medical instrumentation, battery-powered equipment, and handheld test equipment.
- Rail-to-rail input/output, unity-gain stable, 115KHz typ -3dB bandwidth
- Offset voltage is 2µV typical at (VSY = 1.8V, VCM = VSY/2V, TA = 25°C)
- Input bias current is 5pA typical at (VSY = 1.8V, VCM = VSY/2V, TA = 25°C)
- Common-mode rejection ratio is 25dB typical at (VSY = 1.8V, VCM = VSY/2V, TA = 25°C)
- Offset voltage drift is 0.02µV/°C typical at (VSY = 1.8V, VCM = VSY/2V, TA = 25°C)
- Supply current per amplifier is 15µA typical at (VOUT = VSY/2, VSY = 1.8V, VCM = VSY/2V, TA = 25°C)
- Slew rate is 0.04V/µs typical at (RL = 10Kohm, CL = 100pF, G = 1)
- Power supply rejection ratio is 135dB typical at (1.8V ≤ VSY ≤ 5.5V, TA = 25°C)
- Common-mode rejection ratio is 125dB typical at (0V ≤ VCM ≤ 1.8V, TA = 25°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, 8-lead LFCSP package
