Product Overview
AD8667 is a rail-to-rail output amplifier that use the Analog Devices, Inc., patented DigiTrim® trimming technique to achieve low offset voltage. The combination of low offset, very low input bias current, and a wide supply range makes this amplifier useful in a wide variety of applications usually associated with higher priced JFET amplifiers. Systems using high impedance sensors, such as photodiodes, benefit from the combination of low input bias current, low noise, low offset, and wide bandwidth. The rail-to-rail outputs provide increased dynamic range to drive low frequency data converters. It is widely used in application such as sensor front ends, trans impedance amplifiers, electrometer applications, photodiode amplification, low power ADC drivers, medical diagnostic instruments, pH and ORP meters and probes, DAC or REF buffers.

- Low supply current per amplifier is 275μA maximum
- Single-supply operation is 5V to 16V
- Voltage noise density is 23nV/√Hz typ at (f = 1kHz)
- Supply current per amplifier is 210μA typ at (VOUT = VSY/2)
- Slew rate is 0.26V/µs typ at (RL = 2Kohm)
- Gain bandwidth is 520kHz at (CL = 20pF)
- Offset voltage drift is 1.5µV/°C typ at (−40°C
TA +125°C) - Operating temperature range is −40°C to +125°C
- Package style is 8-lead SOIC-N
