Product Overview
AD8628 is a zero-drift, single-supply, rail-to-rail input/output operational amplifier. This amplifier has ultralow offset drift, and bias current. This device has wide bandwidth auto-zero amplifiers featuring rail-to-rail input and output swing and low noise. Operation is fully specified from 2.7V to 5V single supply (±1.35V to ±2.5V dual supply). It provides benefits previously found only in expensive auto-zeroing or chopper-stabilized amplifiers. Using Analog Devices, Inc., topology, this zero-drift amplifier combines low cost with high accuracy and low noise. No external capacitor is required. In addition, this device greatly reduces the digital switching noise found in most chopper-stabilized amplifiers. It is used in applications such as automotive sensors, pressure and position sensors, strain gauge amplifiers, medical instrumentation, thermocouple amplifiers, precision current sensing, photodiode amplifiers.

- Offset voltage is 1µV typical at (VS = 5V, VCM = 2.5V, TA = 25°C)
- Offset voltage drift is 0.002µV/°C typical at (VS = 5V, VCM = 2.5V, TA = 25°C)
- Common-mode rejection ratio is 140dB typical at (VS = 5V, VCM = 2.5V, TA = 25°C)
- Input bias current is 30pA typical at (VS = 5V, VCM = 2.5V, TA = 25°C)
- Low supply current is 1mA typical at (VS = 5V, VCM = 2.5V, TA = 25°C)
- Voltage noise is 0.5µV p-p typical at (VS = 5V, VCM = 2.5V, TA = 25°C)
- Operating temperature is -40°C to +125°C, package style is 5-lead TSOT
