Product Overview
AD8615 is a single channel, rail-to-rail, input and output, single-supply amplifier featuring very low offset voltage, wide signal bandwidth, and low input voltage and current noise. The parts use a patented trimming technique that achieves superior precision without laser trimming. The combination of
- Low offset voltage is 23μV typ
- Single-supply operation is 2.7V to 5V
- Voltage noise density is 7nV/√Hz typ at (f = 10kHz)
- Slew rate is 12V/μs typ at (RL = 2Kohm)
- High output current is 150mA typ
- Unity-gain stable, no phase reversal
- Low input bias current is 0.2pA typ
- Supply current per amplifier is 1.7mA typ
- Operating temperature is –40°C to +125°C
- Packaging style is 5-lead TSOT-23
