Product Overview
AD8544 is a quad, rail-to-rail input and output, single-supply amplifier featuring very low supply current and 1MHz bandwidth. It is guaranteed to operate from a 2.7V single supply as well as a 5V supply. This part provides 1MHz bandwidth at a low current consumption of 45μA per amplifier. Very low input bias currents enable the device to be used for integrators, photodiode amplifiers, piezoelectric sensors, and other applications with high source impedance. The supply current is only 45μA per amplifier, ideal for battery operation. Rail-to-rail inputs and outputs are useful to designers buffering ASICs in single-supply systems. It is optimized to maintain high gains at lower supply voltages, making it useful for active filters and gain stages. Applications includes ASIC input or output amplifiers, sensor interfaces, piezoelectric transducer amplifiers, medical instrumentation, mobile communications, audio outputs and portable systems.

- Input offset voltage of 6mV max and input bias current of 60pA max (VS=2.7V, VCM=1.35V, TA=25°C)
- Common-mode rejection ratio of 45dB typ at VCM = 0 V to 2.7V, VS = 2.7V, TA = 25°C
- Slew rate of 0.75V/μs, RL = 100Kohm, VS = 2.7V, VCM = 1.35V, TA = 25°C
- Gain bandwidth product of 980KHz (VS = 2.7V, VCM = 1.35V, TA = 25°C)
- Large signal voltage gain of 500V/mV typ (RL = 100Kohm, VO=0.5 to 2.2V, VS=2.7V, VCM=1.35V, TA=25°C)
- Voltage noise density of 38nV/√Hz at f = 10KHz, VS = 2.7V, VCM = 1.35V, TA = 25°C
- Temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, 14-lead SOIC-N package
