Product Overview
AD843 is a fast settling, 34MHz, CBFET input op-amp. Unlike many high frequency amplifiers, the AD843 requires no external compensation and it remains stable over its full operating temperature range. Typical application include high speed sample-and-hold amplifiers, high bandwidth active filters, high speed integrators and high frequency signal conditioning.
- AC performance: 34MHz typ unity gain BW, 135ns to 0.01% fast settling, 250V/µs typ slew rate
- 3.9MHz full power bandwidth
- DC performance : 2mV max I/P offset voltage, 0.8nA typ I/P bias current
- 19nV/√Hz typ I/P voltage noise
- Open loop gain: 25V/mV into a 500 ohm load
- 50mA min output current and 13mA max supply current
- 0.025% typ differential gain at f = 4.4MHz
- 0.025° typ differential phase at f = 4.4MHz
- 8 lead DIP package
- Operating temperature range from 0 to 70°C
