Product Overview
AD8063 is a single with disable, rail-to-rail output voltage feedback amplifier offering ease of use and low cost. It has a bandwidth and slew rate typically found in current feedback amplifier. It has a wide input common-mode voltage range and output voltage swing, making it easy to use on single supplies as low as 2.7V. Despite being low cost, the AD8063 provide excellent overall performance. Typical application includes imaging, photodiode preamps, professional video and cameras, handsets, DVDs/CDs, base stations, filters, ADC drivers and clock buffers.
- Low cost feedback amplifier
- Rail- to-rail output swing
- 6mV low offset voltage
- High speed features 300MHz, -3dB BW (G=1) and 8.5nV/√Hz typ input voltage noise at 5V, f = 100KHz
- 650V/µs of slew rate and 35ns settling time to 0.1% with 1V step
- Operates on 2.7V to 8V supplies
- Input voltage range = -0.2V to +3.2V with VS = 5V
- Excellent video specifications (RL = 150 ohm, G = 2) features 0.1dB to 30MHz gain flatness
- 0.01% differential gain error and 0.04° differential phase error and 35ns overload recovery
- 6-lead SOT-23 package, operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
