Product Overview
AD8045 is a unity-gain stable voltage feedback amplifier with ultralow distortion, low noise, and high slew rate. With a spurious-free dynamic range of -90dBc at 20MHz, it is an ideal solution in a variety of applications, including ultrasound, automated test equipment (ATE), active filters, and analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) drivers. The Analog Devices, Inc., proprietary next generation XFCB process and innovative architecture enable such high performance amplifiers. It is used in applications such as instrumentation, IF and baseband amplifiers, active filters, ADC drivers, DAC buffers.
- Wide supply voltage range from 3.3V to 12V
- Input voltage noise is 3nV/√Hz typical at (f = 100KHz, TA = 25°C)
- 1000MHz typical -3dB bandwidth at (G = +1, VOUT = 0.2V p-p)
- Slew rate is 1350V/µs typical at (TA = 25°C, G = +1, RS = 100 ohm)
- Settling time to 0.1% is 7.5ns typical at (TA = 25°C, G = +1, RS = 100 ohm)
- Standard and low distortion pinout
- Quiescent current is 16mA typical at (TA = 25°C, G = +1, RS = 100 ohm)
