Product Overview
AD8031BNZ is a single-channel, single-supply, voltage feedback amplifier. It features high-speed performance with 80MHz of small signal bandwidth, 30V/μs slew rate, and 125ns settling time. This performance is possible while consuming less than 4.0mW of power from a single 5V supply. These features increase the operation time of high-speed, battery-powered systems without compromising dynamic performance. The product has true single-supply capability with rail-to-rail input and output characteristics and is specified for +2.7V, +5V, and ±5V supplies. The input voltage range can extend to 500mV beyond each rail. The output voltage swings to within 20mV of each rail providing the maximum output dynamic range. It is used in applications such as high-speed, battery-operated systems, high component density systems, portable test instruments, A/D buffers, active filters, and high-speed, set-and-demand amplifiers.
- Rail-to-rail input and output, no phase reversal with input 0.5 V beyond supplies
- Input CMVR extends beyond rails by 200mV, output swing to within 20mV of either rail
- Total harmonic distortion is -62dBc typical at (fC = 1MHz, VO = 2V p-p, G = +2)
- Input voltage noise is 15nV/√Hz typical at (f = 1KHz, TA = 25°C, VS = 2.7V)
- Input offset voltage is ±0.5mV typical at (VCM = VCC/2; VOUT = 1.35V, TA = 25°C)
- Offset drift is 10µV/°C typical at (VCM = VCC/2; VOUT = 1.35V, TA = 25°C)
- Input bias current is 0.45µA typical at (VCM = VCC/2; VOUT = 1.35V, TA = 25°C)
- Operating voltage range from 2.7V to 12V, supply current per amplifier is 750μA typ at (TA = 25°C)
- Common-mode rejection ratio is 64dB typical at (VCM = 0V to 2.7V, TA = 25°C, VS = 2.7V)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C, 8-lead PDIP package
