Product Overview
AD8014 is a revolutionary current feedback operational amplifier that attains new levels of combined bandwidth, power, output drive and distortion. Analog Devices, Inc. uses a proprietary circuit architecture to enable the highest performance amplifier at the lowest power. Not only is it technically superior but is low priced for use in consumer electronics. This general purpose amplifier is ideal for a wide variety of applications including battery operated equipment. Typical application includes photo-diode preamp, professional and portable cameras, hand sets, DVD/CD, hand held instruments and A-to-D driver, any power-sensitive high speed system.
- Low cost and low power is1.15mA max for 5V supply
- High speed: 400MHz, -3dB bandwidth (G = +1)
- 4000V/µs slew rate
- 60ns overload recovery, fast settling time of 24ns, drive video signals on 50V lines
- Very low noise of 3.5nV/√Hz and 5pA/√Hz
- 5nV/√Hz total input referred noise at G = +3W/500V feedback resistor
- Operates on +4.5V to +12V supplies
- Low distortion -70dB THD at 5MHz
- 5 lead SOT-23 package
- Operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
