Product Overview
AD743 is an ultralow noise, precision, FET input, monolithic operational amplifier. It offers a combination of the ultralow volt-age noise generally associated with bipolar input op-amps and the very low input current of a FET input device. Furthermore, the AD743 does not exhibit an output phase reversal when the negative common-mode voltage limit is exceeded. Typical application includes sonar preamplifiers, high dynamic range filters (
- Ultralow noise performance of 2.9nV/√Hz at 10KHz/ 0.38/µVp-p, 0.1Hz to 10Hz input voltage noise
- 6.9fA/√Hz current noise at 1KHz
- Excellent DC performance: 1mV max initial offset voltage
- 250pA max input bias current
- 1000V/mV min open-loop gain
- 2.8V/s of slew rate
- 4.5MHz unity-gain bandwidth
- THD = 0.0003% at 1KHz
- 16 lead WSOIC package
- Operating temperature range from 0 to 70°C
