Product Overview
AD712 is a high speed, precision, monolithic operational amplifier. It offers high performance at very modest prices. The very low offset voltage and offset voltage drift are the results of advanced laser wafer trimming technology. This performance benefits allow the user to easily upgrade existing designs that use older precision BiFETs and, in many cases, bipolar opamps. It is ideal as a buffer for 12-bit digital-to-analogue converters (DACs) and analogue-to-digital converters (ADCs) and as a high speed integrator. The superior ac and dc performance of this opamp makes it suitable for active filter applications.
- Settles to ±0.01% in 1.0μs
- Slew rate is 20V/μs typ
- Unity-gain bandwidth is 4MHz typ
- Open-loop gain is 400V/mV typ
- Quiescent current is 5mA typ
- Operating voltage range is ±4.5V to ±18V
- Input voltage noise is 2µV p-p typ at (f = 0.1Hz to 10Hz)
- Total harmonic distortion is 0.0003%
- Operating temperature range is 0°C to 70°C
- Package style is 8-lead SOIC-N
