The SFH4550 from Osram is a radial leaded high power infrared emitter. It is suitable for use in infrared Illumination for cameras, data transmission, sensor technology, smoke detectors.
- Standard diode case style of T-1 3/4 (5mm)
- Narrow emission angle of ±3°
- Very high radiant intensity
- Forward current If of 100mA
- Wavelength at peak emission is 860nm
- Forward voltage of 1.5V at IF = 100mA
- Switching time of 12ns
- Power dissipation of 180mW
- Operating temperature range of -40°C to 100°C
