  • High modulation bandwidth, multi-mode semiconductor laser
  • Efficient radiation source for cw and pulsed operation
  • Laser diode isolated against package
  • 2.2W typ optical output power (TC = 25°C), 1.5A typ operating current (Popt = 2.2W, TC = 25°C)
  • 4.1V typical forward voltage (Popt = 2.2W, TC = 25°C)
  • 3.9W typical total power dissipation (Popt = 2.2W, TC = 25°C)
  • 13K / W typical thermal resistance junction case real (Popt = 2.2W, TC = 25°C)
  • Operating temperature range from -20°C to 85°C
