The Xilinx Kintex®-7 FPGA family provide your designs with the best price/performance/watt at 28nm while giving you high DSP ratios, cost effective packaging and support for mainstream standards like PCIe® Gen3 and 10gigabit Ethernet. Optimized for best price-performance with a 2X improvement compared to previous generation enabling a new class of FPGAs. It features up to 478K logic cells, 34Mb block RAM, 1920 DSP slices, 2845 GMAC/s DSP performance, 32 transceivers, 12.5Gb/s transceiver speed, 800Gb/s serial bandwidth, x8 Gen2 PCIe interface, 500 I/O pins, VCXO component, advanced extensible interface 4 (AXI4) IP, agile mixed signal (AMS) integration and 1.2 to 3.3V I/O voltage.
