Product Overview
SE3000 is a 2-component, silicone elastomer system specially designed for electronic potting and encapsulation applications. It offers good protection against chemicals, environmental contamination, mechanical shock, vibration and impact damage. It can be employed in areas where low flammability is a prerequisite. This cured elastomer can be repaired. It's component parts have relatively low viscosities and are readily mixed either by hand or machine.

- Standard approval is UL94V-0 FILE NO E334038
- Colour is orange, weight is 2kg
- Cure type is addition
- De-mould time/full cure at 23°C/73°F is 4hours
- Density is 2.2g/cm³
- Dielectric constant at 1kHz is 4.53 (ASTM D-150), mix ratio by weight is 1:1
- Working temperature is -70°C minimum, 250°C maximum (AFS-1540B)
- Thermal conductivity is 1.17W/mK, tensile strength is 0.81N/mm² (ISO 37)
- Shelf life is 12months
