ADPA1122 is a gallium nitride (GaN), power amplifier. It is optimized for pulsed applications such as military, marine, and weather radar.
- Internally matched and AC-coupled 20W GaN power amplifier
- Integrated temperature-compensated RF power detector
- 8.2 to 9.6GHz frequency range (TA = 25°C, (VDD) = 28V, 8.2to 9.6GHz)
- 32.5dB typical small signal gain (TA = 25°C, (VDD) = 28V, 8.2to 9.6GHz)
- 18dB typical input return loss (TA = 25°C, (VDD) = 28V, 8.2to 9.6GHz)
- 43.5dBm typical output (TA = 25°C, (VDD) = 28V, 8.2to 9.6GHz)
- 21.5dB typical gain (TA = 25°C, (VDD) = 28V, 8.2to 9.6GHz)
