Product Overview
The 8432-21B1-RK-TP is a 32-way chip Carrier Socket with UL94V-0 flame-rated black glass filled polyphenylene sulphide (PPS) insulation and copper alloy contacts. Accepts chip carriers conforming to JEDEC outline MO-047 for square and MO-052 for rectangular. High temperature insulator compatible with IR reflow and wave soldering. Compatible with automated loading equipment.

- Moulded slots for ease of device extraction
- 50μ" Nickel overall underplating
- 160μ" Matte pin wiping area plating
- 15mΩ Contact resistance
- <lt/>1pF at 1MHz Capacitance
- -40 to +105°C Temperature rating
