DG211BDY-E3

The DG211BDY-E3 is a single-pole single-throw quad-channel Analogue Switch with highly improved versions of the industry-standard DG211. This device is fabricated in proprietary silicon gate CMOS process, resulting in lower on-resistance, lower leakage, higher speed and lower power consumption. An improved charge injection compensation design minimizes switching transients. This device features true bi-directional performance in the ON condition and will block signals to the supply levels in the OFF condition.
