Product Overview
VIA2000SD is a high reliability reinforced isolated amplifier. It is a high performance differential output isolation amplifier suited for high precision isolated voltage sensing. The device is based on proprietary capacitive isolation technology and has a single-ended input signal range from 0.02V to 2V. The device has a high input impedance making it suitable for measurements across HV potential dividers. The device's unmatched CMTI of 100 kV/μs min. allows accurate measurements in the noisy environment. Applications include bus voltage monitoring, AC motor controls, power and solar inverters, uninterruptible power suppliers. Approved by UL, cUL, DIN EN 60747-5-5 (VDE 0884-5) and CQC.
- Isolation test voltage of 5000VRMS
- Fixed gain: 1
- Low offset error and drift of ±1.5mV (max.), -5μV/°C to +30μV/°C
- Low gain error and drift of ±0.3 % (max.), ±45ppm/°C (max.)
- Low non-linearity and drift of ±0.05% (max.), ±1ppm/°C (typ.)
- SNR of 70dB (typ., BW = 100KHz)
- Wide bandwidth of 400KHz (typ.)
- High CMTI: 150KV/μs typ
- Inbuilt VDD1 monitoring
- Package is SOP-8, operating temperature range from -40 °C to + 125°C
