PTP33B-AA7M1PGB3CJ is a Ceraphant PTP33B series, pressure switch for the measurement of absolute and gauge pressure in gases, vapours, liquids and dust for applications with hygienic requirements. The Ceraphant can be used internationally thanks to a wide range of approvals and process connections. It is a price-attractive pressure switch with a metal diaphragm for safe measurement and monitoring of absolute and gauge pressure. The pressure switch with a compact design is extremely stable and overload-resistant. PTP33B with stainless steel housing is 3-A and EHEDG-approved. The IO-link capability allows easy integration and parametrization of the device. It features integrated switching electronics for decentral and economic process monitoring and control.
- Function check and information on site thanks to LEDs and digital display
- Compact pressure transducer for hygienic applications, suitable for CIP/SIP cleaning
- Small flush mounted hygienic process connections with 3-A and EHEDG certification
- High reproducibility and long-term stability, housing and process isolating diaphragm made of 316L
- Fully-welded process connections, 10 to 30VDC supply voltage
- Non-hazardous area approval, PNP + 4-20mA, IO-link, 4-wire output
- Plug M12, IP65/67NEMA Type 4X enclosure (electrical connection)
- 10bar/1MPa/150psi gauge, overload: 40bar/4MPa/600psi (sensor range)
- Tri-clamp ISO2852 DN25-38 (1-1/2") DIN32676 DN25-40, EHEDG, 3A (process connection)
- Ambient temperature range from -20°C to +70°C
