PTC31B-AA7M1PGBWBJA is a Ceraphant PTC31B series, pressure switch for the measurement of absolute and gauge pressure in gases, vapours, liquids and dust. The Ceraphant can be used internationally thanks to a wide range of approvals and process connections. It is a price-attractive pressure switch with a ceramic, vacuum-tight measuring cell for safe measurement and monitoring of absolute and gauge pressure. The pressure switch with compact design is extremely stable and high vacuum resistant up to 0bar abs. The IO-link capability allows easy integration and parametrization of the device.
- High reproducibility and long-term stability, reference accuracy up to 0.3%
- Turn down up to 5:1, sensor for measuring ranges up to 400 bar (6000psi)
- Housing and process isolating diaphragm made of 316L, ambient temperature range from -20°C to +70°C
- Operation and electrical connection in accordance with VDMA 24574-1:2008
- Integrated switching electronics for decentral and economic process monitoring and control
- Easy function check and information on site thanks to LEDs and digital display
- Non-hazardous area approval, PNP + 4-20mA, IO-Link, 4-wire output
- Plug M12, IP65/67NEMA Type 4X enclosure electrical connection
- 10bar/1MPa/150psi gauge, overload: 40bar/4MPa/600psi (sensor range), FKM seal
- Standard 0.5% reference accuracy, thread ISO228 G1/2 EN837, 316L (process connection)
