Product Overview
The AXA06F18-L from Artesyn Embedded Technologies is an AXA series 25W isolated DC to DC converter. The converter is fully encapsulated in a compact 1inch x 1inch (25.4mm x 25.4mm) metal case incorporating an isolated baseplate and has a height of just 0.4inch (10.2mm). An optional clip-on heatsink is available for convection cooling. Standard features include 1500VDC input/output isolation, remote On/Off and hicc-up mode short-circuit protection. AXA series converters have an operating temperature range of -40˚C to 85˚C and are suitable for diverse low power applications in areas such as industrial automation, instrumentation, test and measurement and telecommunications. Ideal for ruggedized applications involving harsh environments.
- Input voltage range from 9VDC to 36VDC
- Output voltage is 3.3VDC
- Maximum load is 6A, maximum output capacitance is 10300μF
- Efficiency is 87%
- Ultra-wide 4:1 input voltage range
- Isolation resistance is 1000Mohm, isolation capacitance is 2000pF
- ±0.2% line regulation, ±1% load regulation, ±2% voltage tolerance, 150mV noise/ripple
- Overload protection
- Switching frequency is 285KHz
- CSA/UL/IEC/EN 60950-1 safety approval
