Product Overview
LT6551CMS#PBF is a 3.3V quad high speed video amplifier. This voltage feedback amplifier drives double terminated 50 ohm or 75ohm cables and are configured for a fixed gain of 2, eliminating six or eight external gain setting resistors. The LT6551 feature 110MHz –3dB bandwidth, high slew rates and fast settling, making it ideal for RGB video processing. The LT6551 quad is designed for single supply operation. On a single 3.3V supply, the input voltage range extends from ground to 1.55V and the output swings to within 400mV of the supply voltage while driving a 150 ohm load. These features, combined with the ability to accept RGB video signals without the need for AC coupling or level shifting of the incoming signals, make the LT6551 an ideal choice for low voltage video applications. Typical applications include automotive displays, LCD and CRT compatible, RGB amplifiers, coaxial cable drivers, low voltage high speed signal processing and set top boxes.
- Single supply operation from 3V to 12.6V
- Internal resistors for a gain of two
- 90MHz typ small signal -3dB bandwidth at RL = 150 ohm, TA = 25°C, VCC = 3.3V
- Slew rate is 250V/µs typ at RL = 150 ohm, VOUT = 0.5V to 2.5V, TA = 25°C, VCC = 3.3V
- Supply current per amplifier is 8.5mA typ, TA = 25°C, VCC = 3.3V
- 20ns typ settling time to 3% at RL = 150 ohm, TA = 25°C, VCC = 3.3V
- 0.09% typ differential gain and 0.09° differential phase
- Rail-to-rail output and 24bit RGB
- 10 lead MSOP package
- Operating temperature range from 0 to 70°C
